The cost for a Red Rocks Trading Post wedding ceremony is $1,750 (Monday-Thursday) or $2,000 (Friday-Sunday). This covers a 2 hour rental for the ceremony, but this option is not available on Friday-Sunday during peak months (June-September).
Couples hosting both their ceremony and reception in the Trading Post Backyard receive a discounted site fee of $1,000. The food and beverage minimums start at $2,750 (Monday-Thursday) and $5,000 (Friday-Sunday). This option includes up to five hours of rental time, chair setup and breakdown, tables for gifts and a guest book, basic linens, centerpieces, and space for a DJ or small band. With this setup, up to 120 guests can be accommodated for a combined ceremony and reception.
Rock Room and Patio Options: For a reception in the Rock Room, which offers indoor comfort with a connection to nature through its iconic design, pricing varies based on the season. Daytime Weddings (April-November): A $1,500 food and beverage minimum applies, with site fees starting at $1,000. Events must conclude by 4:00 pm. Evening Receptions (December-March): Minimums start at $6,500 and include up to five hours of rental time, tables, linens, staff, and an audio-visual setup.
Additional Considerations: All food and beverage services are exclusively provided by Aramark, the venue’s catering partner, with outside food limited to wedding cakes or specialty desserts. A 19% administrative fee and 4.5% state tax apply to all food and beverage costs. For evening events after 4:00 pm during concert season (April-November), tickets are required unless the event is held in the Trading Post Backyard.
