We started out shooting big weddings, where we often had just 15 minutes to pose a couple. Today we photograph multi-day elopements. The Flow Method works for both: get a full, varied set of portraits in a rushed wedding-day window, or keep every hour fresh without repeating yourself, even on day two with the same couple.

Who we are & why we made this
For a long time, posing was the hardest part of every shoot for us.
We could handle the light, the gear, and the timeline. But posing took the most mental effort, and it was the part we dreaded most. We’d spend the drive to a session running through ideas, worried we’d blank. During the shoot, we were so busy thinking about the next pose that we couldn’t be present in the moment in front of us.
Over 8+ years, while capturing everything from big weddings to multi-day elopements, we slowly built the Flow Method, the system we teach in ACE Posing. And everything changed.
Now posing is our favorite part. We walk into sessions feeling calm and carefree instead of anxious. We trust that we’ve got it covered, so our minds are free to actually see what’s happening: the way the light hits, the way they laugh, the little moments we used to miss. That confidence is what unlocked our creativity. We play more, try more, and come home with galleries we’re genuinely proud of.
