WHAT IS THE PRICE TO GET MARRIED AT LYNN BRITT CABIN?
The average cost for a wedding at Lynn Britt Cabin is $15,000 and varies depending on your guest count and wedding date. While the site fee is only $1,000, they do have food and beverage minimums that can be found below.
Monday to Thursday: $10,000 up to 60 guests, or $12,000 for 60+ guests. Friday & Sunday: $12,000 up to 60 guests, or $15000 for 60+ guests. Saturday: $15,000 for up to 60 guests, or $20,000 for 60+ guests.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN ATTEND?
The number of guests that can attend your event depends on the season and if you’d prefer an indoor or outdoor experience. The capacity for the indoor space is 65 during the summer and 50 during the winter. The cabin is quite small and is most suitable for small weddings and elopements.
There’s also an option during the summer to have an outdoor tent which can fit up to 200 guests for larger weddings.

Lynn Britt Cabin is also a great option for your wedding reception after hosting your ceremony at a nearby location such as Maroon Bells. It’s great for receptions as it has a fire pit, accessibility for food trucks, photo booths and more.
