Required Information

Why are we asking you to fill out all of these forms? Because communication is key! In order to ensure you have the best experience with us, we want to know all about you, your honey and all your desires. Also, we know you’re busy – We don’t want to be going back and forth asking one to two questions per email trying to gather the information we need. We want to provide you with an easy way to answer 90% of our questions up front so that we are only reaching out to close the gap on the final 10% of detailed information we need to finalize the plan for your special day!

Wedding Day Questionnaire

This will give us all the basic information we'll need and ensures that we have a general understanding of the size of the wedding, type of ceremony, venue format, contact information etc. This questionnaire is especially critical if you have a special event planned or if your venue has photography restrictions!

Please send us your detailed timeline once you have it finalized. We’ll need as much information as possible such as getting ready locations, any special events, any desired locations for first looks, portraits, etc.

If you have any questions about your timeline please reach out. We love to provide suggestions to help ensure optimal lighting throughout your day. You spent a lot of time and money on each detail of your wedding, we want assist in making sure nothing is rushed capturing each breathtaking moment!

Formal Shot List

The formal shot list is critical to your timeline! Here is why, the family formals have the ability to be smooth and efficient or a scattered mess reminiscent of herding cats. We don't know your family, who you want in your photos and who can't even stand to be in the same room together. Having a set list of shots you want prior to your day will allow us to call out the list, shot by shot, ensuring you get photos with everyone you want in a quick and efficient way.

Vendor List

The vendor list allows us to know who we are working with prior to the event which can be extremely helpful for coordination. We also create blogs for most weddings and find it extremely important to provide each vendor with the credit they deserve for the hard work that they put forth, in making your day so special. We also like to share our work with the vendors following the wedding so they can use it to showcase their work. We typically take detail shots of the florals, catering, venue and will even take photos of the DJ, if time permits.
